Business owners needs to understand the importance of employing people who are friendly, pleasant. I’m not snappy and short tempered to answer their phones. The people answering their phone, cause them customers the Rude woman today just cost a customer after 15 years when I have to buy parts that supports are getting paid I am not going to support the company to hire somebody as rude and ignorant as she is higher friendly people because that’s the first point of contact and if they’re nasty like she is then guess what happened? You lose customers unless you wanna tolerate somebody being nasty and then giving you money to that business not gonna happen

If you need it he JR's has it! He got stuff AutoZone and advanced auto or any other auto spot in Camden county dont have or what they have to order. Auto work on the spot as well !! A must visit for all !

HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE TO GO FOR A MECHANIC!!! My wife and I first time here was for a flat tired everyone was asking for 170$ for just the tire JR help us , had my catalytic converter cut off my car JR help us, I didn't know how to put my breaks on JR help us, didn't know I needed to get my tires rotated JR help us, my radiator fan and radiator blew JR help us those mechanics are Damn ANGLES !!! THIS PLACE HELPS YOU !!! Very friendly and helpful !!! This place is not just gouging you with outrageous prices especially when they see you in need help ! I would never go anywhere else only JR for any of my cars unless they tell me otherwise !!! There is not a damn thing I can say about them bad but all the experience I have ever had with them and my wife have been a blessing !!! Thank you Louis

They tried to scam my mother by selling her cheaper tires then what she ordered and proceeded to tell her they were the same tires. It was only when my mother told them she had a goodyear representative to confront them about the tires not being the ones on her receipt. Then and only then, they scared off and proceeded to offer her the right tires and complain it was all a mistake. Go there at your own will but be ready to deal with this type of scam specially if you're a female.
