This is a heartfelt THANK YOU to J&S Precision Balancing Co for showing absolute professionalism and responsiveness to our church in Long Island. We reached out to J&S desperate for a fix to our failed heating system. The system is not the most modern and spare parts are hard to find. Our regular plumbers were trying to get the right parts through a nationwide search, and we were at risk of having to cancel our Mass the following Sunday without a proper fix. A couple of the technical folks in our church decided to reach out to J&S on Saturday Morning and explained our predicament. Much to our pleasant surprise they asked us to bring the broken parts. The fix involved repairing broken impeller and motor. Even if Saturday was a day off for the technician Joe, he agreed to work on it. John,
