We had the best experience when buying a car from Peter (the owner). We went to his lot to look at a Ford Explorer he had parked out front. It was after hours, however someone suggested we call the number listed on the website and it would direct us right to the owner. We did and got a response within minutes. He told us to come down the next day and we could test drive the car. When we went down the next day, the car was in great condition both inside and out.
