The head mechanic John is a personal friend of mine and he is a great mechanic and takes care of my vehicles. Very trustworthy. He is also a great fisherman if you like talking fishing while you wait for your vehicle to get done .

As always excellent work! Got my 2013 Ford Explorer XLT driving like a brand new vehicle. Tracking straight as an arrow and no more vibrations. A++

DO NOT use this auto shop. This shop is extremely slow and will not contact you with any updates. Only two guys work there and both are terrible. Had my car in the shop for over a month for a basic fix. Went in several times for updates and they had a different excuse every time. They are completely unreliable and I have no idea how they still have a business. Do not get ripped off, go somewhere else.

Huuuuuuuuuuge rave. I made an appointment at an auto repair place. I brought my car to the wrong place (J Tice) and didn't even realize it. The dude called me in a few hours saying that the problem was looked at and everything was cool. He refused payment despite my persistence. 10/10.
