I had a great experience at J Tire and Auto Service. The service was fast, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. The staff was genuinely friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or upsold. The shop itself has a welcoming, honest atmosphere—exactly what you want in a car service place. They got the work done quickly, did it right the first time, and treated me with respect the whole way through. It’s refreshing to find a reliable auto shop you can actually trust. First time there for an alignment and I can't be more pleased. Awesome service with great prices. Finally found a no bs shop!!! The ladies at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The Techs take the time to show you what is wrong with your vehicle. No smoke and mirrors here!! They tell you what's wrong and what it will take to fix it the right way. Hard to find honest places like this one anymore!!!! Definitely coming back for all my vehicle's service and repairs.

I brought in a set of rims for my project ’96 Mustang. Before leaving the shop after the install, I noticed one of the rims had been freshly damaged. The staff reviewed the installation footage from inside the shop, and all the techs denied causing the damage. However, this clearly wasn’t old damage and does not match the wear of the existing damage The manager on shift was courteous and helped refer a repair shop. After I paid their referral, Dr. Rim, she offered to help with cost of repair. I acknowledge there were light scrapes on the rim beforehand, but this new damage could only have happened while the shop had these rims Somehow, they damaged my key in the process as well and it gets stuck in the ignition. They did radiator and coolant lanes job on my Mercedes and did not put exterior parts back properly which caused damaging while I drove.

Absolutely terrible experience. The wait time was completely unbearable. I was left sitting around far longer than I was told, with little to no communication from the staff. There was zero sense of urgency from the workers — everyone moved like there was no concern for customers’ time. No updates, no apologies, no effort to speed things up. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you value your time at all, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.
