Had my 2010 Cadillac Srx transmission changed. Very honest and straightforward. Reasonable price as well. Professional and Jess wasted no time

My transmission issue had it where I couldn't pick up speed shifted in drive, so I left my car in the driveway and Googled transmission shops. I came across J Transmissions and read the positive reviews and contacted Jesse. He had a few jobs lined up and asked could I bring my minivan in, in a couple days...which was fine. So a couple of days passed and I nervously drove slowly in 3rd gear to his shop. Jesse scanned and evaluated the issue and revealed I needed another transmission. He graciously allowed me to leave my vehicle until he priced a used transmission. Fast forward, he installed the first transmission and it failed; so we had to wait for another used transmission to come in and he installed the 2nd one with success. He also performed a full tune up before i picked up my vehicle.

This way we can make the best decisions for our vehicles. Jesse and Junior are masters at their craft and if you need a transmission they are definitely your go to guys. They are affordable and honest which is something that is so important these days. It’s hard to find good guys like Jesse and Junior, but if you’re reading this, look no further, you have found your transmission experts. I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado, my trans went out on Thursday and I’m back driving it again the following Tuesday. Amazing!
