I owe J & W Automobile so many props! My ex did a number on my electrical system connecting the back breaks & Rafael & his team figured it out for me so quick! They communicated with me on the issue & kept in contact with me on how long it was going to take. I appreciate them so much for figuring it out for me since I have a newborn & a 2 1/2 year old so a car is much needed! All that he did on my car was reasonably priced & I appreciate that so much! From now on Rafael will definitely be my go to mechanic, I thank him more than he will ever know!!

I recently took my car in to have my compressor replaced, along with a few other things Rafael suggested. He explained every part of the repairs several times to make sure I understood what he needed to do and why. While my car was at the shop I had a family emergency out of town that was extremely time sensitive. I called to get an update to see how soon I could get my car back, and explained what was going on. Rafael worked late that night and early the next morning to get my car finished so I could get where I needed to go as soon as possible. Unlike most shops, he followed up about a week later to check that everything was working properly. Absolutely recommend J & W for any automotive repairs. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
