I had a great experience at J&A! I was out of town in a big pickup truck with a horse trailer, when I had a wheel bearing go out. I called J&A on a Saturday, just before they closed. They told me that they could get to my truck first thing Monday morning. Over the course of the weekend, I had to arrange getting my truck towed to their shop, and the owner communicated with me about things while he was technically off. All of this being said, I was skeptical that they would actually start working on my truck "first thing" on Monday morning. To give them credit, they started it Monday morning, and it was done and ready by Tuesday. After all of this, I was then expecting to pay handsomely for the quick service near the Vegas strip. In town with my personal vehicle and the AC stopped blowing cold. I usually work on my cars myself but don't have any tools with me and can't really do anything at the Airbnb even if I did. Went to these guys blindly on reviews alone. Even told them what I thought the problem was and expected a pretty big bill and for them to have to order parts. They could have been dishonest and I wouldn't have questioned it for a second but they fixed it in a few hours after testing the lines and found it was just a small leak in the service cap. I can't put into words how much I recommend these guys after this experience. They could have taken advantage of the guy from out of town but took care of me. Please give these guys your business! Unless you are one of those customers that wants an oil change,

This shop….. This shop is exactly where you need to go to get any problems on your vehicle right, wether it’s a transmission issue or an engine issue, mechanically or electronically this place will get it done fast and give you honest work no bs, when my car was crashed they got me right quick, when my oil pressure skyrocketed they diagnosed the issue and next day had my car running right. very honest people like they’re moto says “ we get it right the first time” isn’t an understatement.
