Jacinto's Auto Sales #3

Traveled 30 minutes to pick up a Ford Escape. Staff was friendly, the building and vehicles clean and neat. Had a concern about the vehicle and the staff said we could drive the car to our mechanic if we wanted. The whole process from arrival to leaving was quick and smooth. Thank you Jacinto’s for the wonderful experience.

If I could give this car lot a zero I absolutely would. I recently sat down with the sales man to purchase a car we talked about what I needed and my budget was discussed. The sales man showed me several suvs in my budget and was promised that they thoroughly inspect every car on there lot. I ended up paying 10,000 dollars cash for a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The car drove out great had no problems on the way home which is over an hr away. However the next day it started to violently shake when changing gears and the Rpms would go up and down. I immediately called the car lot and was told to bring it in and they would take a look at it . If it could be fixed they would fix it or allow me to trade it for something different. By this point I’m disgusted because by the time I get it back to the car

We test drove the car on Sunday and we drove it hone Monday night. The car was so clean and shiny. The staff was super nice and friendly. I would refer my friends there.

My husband recommended them and they were very helpful and attentive. Sandra patienly answered all of my questions and worked with me as I made my decision.

I bought my car 2 months ago. I’ve been waiting to post a review to see how the car did and how my experience was overall. The buying process was super quick and easy and the car itself has been absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoy it and drive it every single day.
