these people are totally unprofessional. The staff is not loyal for the business. I came here today to buy something for my car was 4:55 pm And these guys close at five the door was locked and there were 3/4 workers was inside the shop. One guy came to me and he said we are closed. Doesn’t make sense if you are online Timing says 5 o’clock. He said our computer and everything shut down Shame on you to close your store before 5 PM if the timing is 5 o’clock

I love this place. My father has used Jack Dow since I was a child, maybe 10 years old. I'm 45 now and he still uses it, so 35 years. I use it also and I will continue to use it. The staff is fabulous, friendly, like family. The prices match or beat everyone but here is the best part, their quality of parts is better then most others. There is a reason Jack Dow Auto Supply has been around forever, quality, reputation, price. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

My initial greeting was substandard for customer service, the rep promptly retrieved my items from the back shelves, I told them I am tax exempt, I was given an excuse about and them having an American system and would not accept tax exempt, another rude rep spoke up and said I can apply to the federal government for my tax or take my business elsewhere, which I promptly did. Will never shop there and will let it be known to everyone I know what to expect.
