This was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle; besides the long wait time of 22 weeks after ordering. Joel kept me up to date on the production progress. 5 months ago we bought our first GMC truck from Lance at Jack Giambalvo after a negative experience at another local GM dealership. It was a flawless transition trading a nearly new vehicle we previously purchased elsewhere.
