ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I could not wait to write a review about this wonderful establishment! Not only did they repair the body damage (deer damage) to my vehicle, they detailed my vehicle too! My vehicle is a mommy car. I did not expect a full detail but I am ever so grateful! They were able to get our car in quickly after our consultation. I retreived my car 4 days after drop-off. Communication was awesome! The body work is awesome! I am so happy my husband chose to get my vehicle fixed at Jack Giambalvo!!! Thank you!!!!!

My 3rd time having to get my auto repaired with this company and I am so pleased with the results! I haven’t had to do any extensive communication which was good with me. The interaction we did have were straight to the point on both ends, informative and handled well! I will always choice them for my auto repair needs hands down!!

Just picked up our car which sustained alot of damage from a deer. Steve Andrews kept me updated daily We just picked up the car and it looks amazing. The front desk ladies are so nice and it was just a very happy ending to this situation. Thanks to Steve and the entire team.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience working with Billy and everyone we interacted with here. TERRIBLE customer experience – worst I have EVER had at a car shop. My Nissan Cube was there for around 45 days for some body repair work ($4.5K job). Timelines were pushed multiple times & communication was very poor. We were told multiple times we would receive a call by a certain date/time to hear nothing, sometimes for a few more days, even when leaving multiple voicemails and expressing being frustrated that they were not communicating with us.
