In Dec. 2021 we put a deposit down for a brand new 2022 GMC HD 3500 Denali. It was literally one the easiest sales as we knew exactly what we wanted and were paying cash. I contacted the salesman and requested pricing. He did promptly get that back to me. We ordered it and we knew it would be a wait. We didn't mind waiting. What we did mind was that during our waiting period our sales guy was never available and eventually off for months. We had a difficult time over those months getting any communication on progress. After his disappearance we spoke with different people at different times; but information was difficult to attain. In all, we had 4 sales people through the process. The manage Al contacted us to say the truck was in. Al is no asset to the Jack Giambalvo family.
It was a great experience. Friendly staff, good deal and was quickly settled. I would definitely use this dealership again.
The service department was amazing, the people in there are friendly and very easy to talk to and very professional will definitely be taking my car back there to get inspected and have service done
