I was traveling from wisconsin to Alabama and had concerns about the air pressure in my tires. I found Jack Ingram Nissan center on Google and made a stop there for service. They were very welcoming and addressed my concerns. They took a look at my tires for me, made some adjustments, and got me back on the road to continue my travels. I am very thankful for their service and how they treated me.
Mr. Provitt was very professional. He also made you feel welcome. I enjoyed his little bit of comedy. I will be back. Thank you for making my experience better.
Really enjoyed the experience with their service department. Great people with great attitudes that arent afraid to admit "I don't know". They gave me reasonable options and executed in a reasonable time. Hope I don't have to go back but I won't dread it because of the people.
The service team always takes good care of my Rogue.
Update on my moms car If I Could give William and Natasha more then 5 stars,I would..I told them what happened and my moms experience 2 weeks ago..They didn't hesitate to help and find the problem.. I removed Richard from dealing with her and now she will be all set..They fixed her car the same day..Much great experience
