This company redirects you to a 3rd party dispatcher. If you need any sort of documentation for a claim, they are very difficult to deal with. They did connect me with a timely local tow, but I was informed by the truck driver that they charged a significant amount over the local rate.
They handled my lowered sports car perfectly. No scratches or issues. Very impressed by their skill and professionalism.
Needed towing after an accident. The driver was comforting, patient, and careful with the car. Five stars from me.
