Been going to Jack for years.. he’s very reasonable and straight to the point.. Great mechanic and knows his stuff..

I was recommended to them by family but I will never recommend! Both mechanic and receptionist are rude. I was told my 20yr old Cadillac need a “special tool” to be fixed and no one around here has the part so I should just go to a dealership. I know that there is no special part needed… I was also able to make an appointment with other garages that had no idea what “special tools” he was talking about. I wish I was just told that they were too busy to fit me in and not make me feel stupid. Receptionist was rude from the moment she picked up the phone and mechanic had an attitude when I asked him to explain to me what “special tool” was needed to fix me car. I’m really disappointed that they were recommended so highly and were the complete opposite of helpful or friendly

I asked him to replace a couple belts. He did. He lifted the engine up to access the belts. I took it home and the engine was lifting up when I hit the gas. Ok. I then realized that he took out the engine mount bolts and didn't put one back and he used the wrong bolt for another. I don't trust this guy, and you probably shouldn't either.

Jack is one of the best mechanics that I have ever been to. He's amazing, does great work, friendly, and tries to help out as much as possible. I've lived all over the country, and he's the best. I definitely recommend him.

Told me certain parts were bad and then when I replaced some the parts myself and took my truck back for the specific parts he was supposed to replace Jack told me they were good and tight and didn’t touch the thing. I don’t know much about vehicles but I could tell that they obviously aren’t tight. I’ve had people warn me about going to him in the past.
