They do top quality work on all types of vehicles from simple maintenance to more complex jobs. What really stands out is how much they care about their customers and community. They’ve even helped me out personally and gone above and beyond..You don’t see that kind of generosity or honesty everywhere. Great people, great neighborhood, and great service. First experience for me going to jacks, and I was amazed! I just got a new wrangler and the experience I had with jacks was fantastic! Went to a different mechanic to get a general look over. Something told me to get a second opinion. The details of the look over were far more thorough and detailed than the previous auto shop! The suggested work that jacks found was quickly fixed and they applied my running boards with no issues! By far outstanding service!!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Jack’s Automotive went above and beyond for me. After my car randomly stopped in the middle of the road and was sent here to be fixed, Jack personally called me to walk me through everything. I expected it might take some time to hear back since most shops are so busy, but that wasn’t the case at all. They got back to me immediately with a thorough explanation of what was wrong, included photos, and gave me a very fair price. The communication was amazing from start to finish. Matt and Jack both helped me with my car and were absolutely incredible—professional, honest, and genuinely caring. I felt confident and taken care of the entire time. Top notch facility and service! My husband and I both come here for all of our car inspections and other auto-needs. They are so friendly and helpful and, most of all, quick and efficient! The waiting area is always neat and stocked with snacks. I strongly recommend Jack’s to anyone local.
