Jack's OK Tire Service

They’re very good! I have much trust with them.The guy that took my order was very good at going through everything with me and explaining to me everything and you feel like you are listened to and that’s a major deal to me. And he took everything I said into account. No matter how minor something was in the realm of things, it was an issue to me and He didn’t make me feel bad about wanting extra stuff checked out.

Jay, Jack, Terrell and everyone at Jack’s is the staple for what customer service should look like. There are not enough words that can express how I feel about the staff and service Jack’s provides our community. All I can say is that there should be a Jack’s in every city and state in this country!!! My wife’s van started to shake violently while she was on the way to take our oldest to his therapy appointment. It happened around 2:30 in the afternoon on Friday. We had her van back the following Monday completely repaired and back in action. A huge thanks to the entire staff at Jack’s! Our family thinks the world of you all!

On 12/22/2025, I got a flat tire on my truck. This was after hours. I found Jack's OK Tire service online and gave them a call, hoping that they would be able to help me. Jack answered the call and told me that he would get a hold of his service tech. In a short time, the tech showed up and went right to work. He had my tire changed and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. I am so thankful that Jack's were there in my time of need. Great service and fantastic communication. I would recommend them to everyone, 100%!

Jacks is amazing! Every time I call they are quick to respond, quick to help out, quick to get me in. If I stop in with questions they take the time to answer them. If they don’t know they say so but help you figure out what’s next! I trust them with all my car needs.
