My car took a pretty good hit from a deer, bad enough that my engine light came on. There was a long list of parts that needed to be replaced, but Jack took care and fixed her up better than she was before the deer. They even washed and vacuumed her out for me!

Mr Jack did wonders on car, He was very kind, professional. His entire crew was very wonderful. His receptionist was very kind. His mechanic is very knowledgeable, he found & fix the issue other mechanics made. I definitely recommend his service! Even when getting oil changes ! Can’t beat his prices, and he will work with you.

Jack is wide open. I don't know where he finds the energy to do all the things he does. The craftsmanship that goes into repairing damaged cars and the technique that goes into painting them is without question the skills of a master Craftsman. Everyone that works there is courteous and polite and extremely helpful. That is why this place deserves five stars. Just look at the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into my bikes

I see most posts are positive, but my post is not positive at all. I sent my car to Jacks referred to by someone who had previously used them and I feel like I was bent over for no reason the outside of my car was repaired but underneath my car, where the real damage was, I’ve been told that my tire could’ve fell completely off of my vehicle And Jacks knew that I drove my car very far every day back-and-forth to work and still consistently did not take care of the issue. Once it was addressed to him he left me in danger and my life at stake. I would not recommend bringing my vehicle or your vehicle to him for any type of services dealing with damages so if you value your life and you have wreck damages, Jacks is not the place to go.

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews but I had nothing but a pleasant experience getting my car repaired recently. It looks better than when I purchased it brand new. Jack and his crew are nothing less than professionals.
