Jack's Pay Less Auto Parts

There are absolutely no words I can use to describe Jack's Payless Auto. The professionalism is at its highest quality! Very rarely do you find the mechanic that's not going to rip you off or tell you that you need to buy this buy that when you really don't. Peter and Freddie are the finest people I have ever worked with, there's no wonder why they've been there for years. Amazing experience every time I go there!!!

I've been coming here for small and major repairs and never get disappointed. They are honest and very friendly.

First, Oh my gosh! The guy here, his name is Pedro is funny! Freddy is Awesome! I don't know about you but I hate taking the car in for any work because it always breaks my bank! This place has Great service, they are fast and won't kill your bank account. Very reasonable. Tell them G sent you. :)

My car broke down over an hour away from home but luckily next to this most honest mechanic. I received the best customer service I have ever gotten from anyone. I envy people who live in the area. I may go back there next time my car needs work done because I am sure I can't find another one like this mechanic near my home.

My Suburban broke down less than a mile from Jack's. I was up on business with my wife and two kids 3 hours from home. I diagnosed the problem (heater core hose broke at the crimped on plastic slip fit connector and I lost coolant, thank heavens for the commputer shutting my engine down before it ruined my engine) and called AutoZone first, they couldn't get the part till the next day (mind you I'm out of town with my wife and kids and still have to do my work) called Jack's. They got the part in in about 20 minutes. I got to their shop via Uber, and found out they ordered the wrong part, but not to fear, I described the issue to his mechanic and showed him a video of the actual part.
