My car overheated. I bought a brand new radiator and a water pump/timing belt kit. Had the car towed there and I call them up and tell them I want the radiator on and the timing belt/water pump kit. Ok he said. Went to pick car up and my battery was dead. Someone left my parking lights on for whatever reason. Had to go buy jumper cables. I'm driving the car 4 days later and what do you know It overheats Again. I noticed my brand new radiator was still in my trunk. I open the hood and my overflow tank has a hole the size of a quarter in it! My tire below it is so hot it would take the skin off your hand if you touched it. I've never had that problem until now.

After paying for my dodge drove it it stop going in gear got told he would do some trading on the next week and i get my title go down there and jack comes out saying how he been driven it all day I get in it drive off not even 2 miles guess what I am stuck on the side of the rd. So I would not recommend this place at all every one of them there are shady. So if you don't want to be rip off don't go there.. sad what this world has came to.

Bought a car from him and the transmission went out the same night didn't even make it home. Called them and was told to wait on the title to come in witch took 4 weeks and we would work something out well when we did get it he just said he couldnt help us and wasn't his problem.

What a fantastic service garage to deal with. I just travelled 650 miles and when we got to the race track I had a break line leak on the truck .I had the truck towed to Jacks, they had the truck fixed by 3.00 pm that day and the bill was unbelievably reasonable. I highly recommend this garage if you need a repair done.

sent a customers mini cooper there to have timing chain and tensioner put on, said car was ready, customer picked after I paid $600.00 in labor to do the work. Car ran worse then it did before plus now has a warning lite on. Customer took car back and Jack said there was nothing he could do so we sent car to Blueridge Motor works in Kingsport and they redid the work after another $600.00 and it is fixed correctly. Asked Jack for a refund on the work he messed up and will not refund so he just lost a dealers business that spends $1000.00s of money on cars....SAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS TODAY....BEWARE
