Took my car here about 1 month ago for an alignment, they did it, and when I drove off I noticed right away the car was still unaligned, I called them and explained it to them, the guy over the phone told me it was just the crown of the road, i said it wasnt and he insisted, so I just didnt argue, sure enough two months later you can see the result in the picture... not professional just stubborn guys working together thinking they know it all and can get away with things

Had a great experience here. I was recommended to use Jacks from a family member who’s been going there for quite some time. The first interaction I had with the gentleman who answered the phone made me a customer for life. He was up front, honest about pricing and tire quality and made sure to understand why I was buying tires. (Getting rid of a lease, keeping forever, etc) and then recommended tires that fit my budget and talked me through all questions and concerns. Will gladly return for future tire purchases.

Repaired Pirelli high-speed tire on BMW 750li. 3 key takeaways. (1) great price even though did not ask what charge would be (37.50 vs 100.00 charge typical for value pricing for these models); (2) they promised same-day turn-around, it was ready two hours later; (3) they repaired a pin hole puncture in a run- flat tire which the franchise shops won’t touch either because they can’t work on this low profile tire, or, they are required to apply the false assumption that the tire went “flat” and was driven “flat” and the side wall structure was damaged, requiring a $400 replacement. So, thank you Jack’s for your fair and common sense approach!!
