Massive thank you to the entire team at Jack’s Transmissions! You guys overhauled the SST in my Evo X MR back in mid 2025, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Since the rebuild, the car has been driving like a dream—shifts are crisp, smooth, and reliable no matter how I drive it. Whether it’s daily cruising or pushing it a bit harder, the transmission hasn’t missed a beat. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of these gearboxes really shows in the final product. So I brought my 2014 evo x Mr in just over a week ago, they had rebuilt the t case, valve body and some other stuff. They had it done that same week. Awesome people, I received regular updates. This car feels brand new once again. The day I got it from jacks I had road-tripped to Vegas then roadtripped to Arizona all in the same weekend I had put well over 1200 miles on it in that trip and 0 issues. Thank you jack, thank you to the mechanics, thank you to the front desk personnel! You guys are awesome and I highly, highly recommend jacks.

I sent in my transfer case and transmission on my gsr from Utah, so being out of state and not talking to the shop in person made me kind of skeptical. Angela and the team have been very helpful, honest, and responsive. I would recommend their services to any potential customers!

Excellent service from both the Administrative staff as well as the Technical team. I initially ordered an s800-in-a-box but once the transmission was at Jacks decided to upgrade my order to include the 18plate clutches and a forged gear set. They handled my request perfectly and I received exactly what I requested. I swapped the new transmission into my car last weekend and now have about 200 miles on it - So far it performs as expected.
