Dropped off my boyfriend’s truck this morning for a 9 a.m. appointment for an oil and transmission fluid change. When scheduling the appointment last week, he was told it would take about an hour. By noon—three hours later—the truck still hadn’t even been looked at. Then, at 1:49 p.m., he receives an estimate for over $600. He calls at 2:08 p.m. to ask about it and why it took so long, (since no one had called him to confirm any work), and the receptionist gets an attitude, saying, “It takes longer than an hour for the transmission fluid.” That’s fine and understandable - but maybe don’t tell customers it’ll take an hour when booking the appointment. It was summer. I was doing my last errands before the next day’s long road trip. We discovered in the middle of these errands that the A/C had stopped working! I re-routed my errands straight to Jackson, with a hope they might be able to help me out. “We’ll work you in!” were the happiest words I heard that day. So my grandson and I enjoyed our time in the waiting area, my grandson entertained the other waiting customers with his enthusiasm for life… and then, magically, the car was ready and the A/C worked again! My truck sit for a whole week before my so called part came in. Then another week for them to so call fix it. Got my truck back within two months the same thing wrong. Now they have had my truck for a week and four days and haven’t received the part to so call fix it again.

I had my check engine light come on and my gas gauge did not read low when I needed to refuel. That was my main concern/ complaint when I walked into this place. You have to make an appointment in order to be seen. I get there as early as possible which was 9am (made an appointment but still waited for 2.5 hours) and people were getting serviced before me for there inspections and oil changes. I had to wait until after 11 for my car to even get looked at. Took them about 20 minutes. Then they came up with this invoice and quoted me for $600. Plus recommending an oil change which would’ve been $50 before taxes.
