Jackson Group Peterbilt - Medford, Oregon

Eric the caterpillar mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable and had us in and out with are truck in a timely manner.. Eric and the Jackson Group Peterbilt team thank you 🤙

I m leaving this review just to let you know that I had a very bad experience speaking with the service manager Dasan when he offended me by calling me a lier. Make a long story short Dasan did several other unnecessary parts replacements instead of fixing the actual issue truck had which later I found out myself and got it fixed from loves truck stop over at Roseburg Oregon. All I asked to work with me on labor charged and rerun portion of it just because they didn’t fix for what I brought the truck in. Dasan thought he fixed the issue and I am making up stories to get the unnecessary labor charged back. That is not true I wouldn’t do it for few hundred dollars. But his mentality and words did make peterbilt of Medford loose a customer

Great dealership. Good service.

I have Outstanding service from those guys specifical Nick he is very friendly and helpful good communication . my truck has the ACM issue they fixed right away with efficient time. And I don't know who's his name but he is working overnight parts he is the best person too. Keep that good job guys.

Placed me in line for service right away. Understood what my issues were. We had some issues with my after market warranty, do this delayed the ordering of parts. Corrected the issues and the cost was very close to the estimate and all seems to be operating correctly. I did confer with the supervisor about better communication. He was very open to my opinion and said he would apply my suggestion. I will become a new local customer.
