Jackson Group Peterbilt Rock Springs Wyoming

Wyoming is a tough place to break down. 2 time this year in Wyoming. Both times Jackson Peterbilt worked us in and got us back on the road. Everyone from Parts, Service Manager to Shop was great to deal with. When the truck is loaded and down they do everything possible to keep you rolling. Thanks Again.

Very good shaap. I recommend them to everyone. They have very reasonable prices for everything. The staff is very friendly, despite the fact that I don't speak English well.

These guys/gals are awesome. Very nice people. They got me in right away for service. And got me on my way right away and they were honest. No b.s. from this dealer. They even hooked up the computer a second time to tell me what my check engine codes were, and gave me a printout, and didn't charge me the second computer hookup. I highly recommend this Peterbilt dealer. They're good people.

Great service took a while to find the problem bit they found it and fixed it..This is the first Peterbilt that I have been to that actually tries to save the driver money...Even fixed a problem with my truck and didn't charge me because they overlooked it..

I rolled in with an issue just an hour before closing on the eve of the long 4th of July weekend, and instead of turning me away, the entire crew jumped in to help. They went above and beyond — no complaints, just solid teamwork and professionalism to get me back on the road. In this industry, that kind of service means everything. I can’t thank them enough.
