What a great group in the service department! From the writer to the service manager to the mechanics! Was in with an injector code on a MX13. Followed Paccars POS procedures and got the code to go away. Get in my truck and code was back on bought it back in and they took it upon themselves to replace the injector not following Paccars guidelines. I applaud their efforts to keep the customers first. I want to thank everyone there that was involved! What a great experience if that can ever be said when you’re broke down. Keep up the good work!!! BTW what a beautiful shop…top of the line!

What an amazing group of people who work here because they really want you back on the road asap.. Installed a NOx sensor myself and lend me a tool for a few minutes to get it out.. really the go to spot for your Peterbilt

These guys are amazing, Cory and his partner do an outstanding job. They always do their best to get you in and out of the shop as soon as possible. Usually if they have all the parts, they get you out of there in two days, to me that's a record time. Peterbilt in Salt Lake usually takes 3 days to a week to give you a diagnostic.
