Jackson Group Peterbilt - Troutdale

I just bought this 579 in September 2025, yes it’s a used truck. Over the last month running this truck it’s been giving me lots of issues. The Troutdale shop not only takes care of the truck, but when I had a an adaptive cruise control failure today, I called Alyssa and asked if there was time to look at the truck because I was in a hurry between loads. She told me to bring the truck down so they could have a look at it .the technician Everett took the time to explain to me the cause and show me the printouts from the fault codes so that I understood everything that was going on with the truck. Everett Took care of the truck. I was out of there within a couple of hours and back on the road. I will absolutely go back to the shop every time I have an issue for this truck. They are professio

Broke down and had our truck sitting at the dealership first thing. We were there less than an hour when the mechanic came in with diagnosis and had repair done after lunch! No trying to charge for things we didn’t need. Just honest, friendly people. We highly recommend these folks.

Hello, I want to share a bad experience about this truck dealer. On 04.23.2025 I purchased 4 truck batteries, which they said have a 2-year "WARRANTY". In a few months they failed 2 batteries for unknown reasons. I returned them and waited a few more months, only to have them return 1 old one, and then the second one said the warranty didn't work. I was disappointed with this dealer. Don't buy batteries from here, because if something happens to them, they won't return them under warranty!

Called this morning about a bad solenoid on my starter, “ bring it in & we will have a look at it ( Johnny ) the service manager said “ Ok, a hour later I was there, into a bay & Everett was straight onto it. Out with the old & in with the new. Thanks fellas, top job ✔️
