WARNING!! What a huge mistake you would be making if you buy a car from this place, my daughter recently bought a car from this place and didn't even have it for 24 hours before it broke. The so called sales man knows very well these cars are no good he said "good luck with this car" ! I then proceeded to talk to the owner and she said she would look into it and never returned my phone call, the saddest part is that my granddaughter goes to college and used some of her money to get a vehicle to help her mom! Please I encourage anyone who has delt with this place to please contact TxDMV AND MAKE A REPORT ! SO they can no longer rip people off!! Buyer beware... This place is a complete ripoff. If you're smart you wont go near this place. They sold my daughter a junk car that didn't last a day and said tough when she contacted them. Made tons of excuses and when she tried to speak to the manager/owner they were told she'll be back later and never did. Buying from this place is a huge mistake.

We’ve had a long-standing relationship with these fine folks. They maintain all of our heavy trucks and they do it with pride. Kyle is an excellent communicator and keeps my entire staff appraised of the status of our trucks which really takes a load off of me. I've bought 3 vehicles from them now, and each vehicle lasted me & was able to trade in after a couple years and still get a good trade in amount. If your looking for a good deal or even a nice running vehicle, this is the place for you! With low down payments.

READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE WASTING YOUR GAS! I'd give less than a single star. I should have read the reviews. I put a down payment on a truck that died the next day after I took it home. The loan company and warranty company are the same company. They do not honor the warranty until after 30 days, after your first payment that's due. AND Jackson motors 'stresses' to not make any warranty claims until after 30days! They try to lock you into a loan for a lemon. I could not even argue with them to get my down payment back. I would never recommend this company. You would think a tow company would have an honest reputation for used vehicles. There is no licensed mechanic on site.
