I sat in the garage and watched Nick rotate and balance my tires today. He was obviously meticulous and thorough and POLITE! Absolutly zero vibration driving the car. Really appreciated the job he did for me just before a long trip! Thanks!!

I just moved to the area and did not know this place was there I went in right before close with a slow leak in a tire..... One of the guys came out and plugged it... Within 5 minutes I was done! I went inside to pay for it and the owner told me don't worry about it you're good. Thank you so much Jackson service center! You took great care of me when I really needed it ❤️

We've used Jackson's many times over the years with our vehicles. Fair prices and honest work. I've never been pushed into anything I didn't ask for.

I had to have my front rotors and break pads changed since they were old and were screeching. Scott was able to get to it on the same day that I dropped it off and also checked the back breaks to make sure they were still good. He checked the front passenger wheel axle for damages since it was making a funny noise. It was a reasonable price for the fast turnaround and quality of the service! I’ll be bringing my vehicle to this shop again.

My family has used Jackson's for years for random tire repair, alignment and a couple steering issues, and the service has always been top notch. Gary and the Cree down there are always helpful and sometimes even go out of their way to repair a tire and have on occasion not even charged me. So I highly recommend these guys if you're in Edwardsville or Bonner and you need a reliable mechanic.
