Jackson Tire of Carthage

Found myself stuck on the side of the road due to a bad fuel gauge. Found Jackson tire through a quick Google search of roadside assistance. They we very friendly on the phone and got out to me within 30 minutes. I felt their price was fair for such great service.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Tim and his crew were to work with! I could not have found a more caring or trustworthy person to work with. He went out of his way to find the perfect wheels and tires for my dually at the best price. His help with the sale of the 22s that were on the truck when I bought it was especially appreciated since all of this is outside my knowledge. The guys in the shop took extra time to be sure the pressure sensors and everything else was perfect. We realized after we left that my daughter had forgotten her cash was in the cup holder of the truck and no one had bothered a thing!! Very reliable and trustworthy for sure!!!!

Made an appointment at 8 o’clock for a 10 o’clock appointment arrived after a 30 minute drivefor the appointment and was told the guy who did it went out of town and I would have to wait until he got back. Do not recommend. If making an appointment because they will not keep it.

We’ve always went through Blaine for wheels & tires, he’s honest & always makes sure you’re happy with their work before leaving, never disappoints!

Set and appointment on 23 June 2025 for an appointment on 24 June 2025 at 12pm. Got there early, and after waiting for over half an hour I was informed my appointment needed to be canceled. Why? Well the inspector wasn't there. Who the HELL sets appointments for employees who aren't there?!?!? I changed my rating due to the employee calling and apologizing for not being available for my appointment. I might give them a chance again, but not too sure.
