I have took my car to Shane to check out both times And both times Shane called what was wrong with it Has soon as he test drove it.And he was right both times And fixed the issue. And he took time to listen to me when I was explaining what it was doing That I could hear or feel when I drove the car ...He didnt dismiss me cause IAMa women lol. BUT still he did his own thing and checked it out And he nailed the issues and Fix my car .It sounds so quiet and runs Great again Iam not afraid to drive it now .Iam so happy with the work Shane and Frank done today I would recommend them to anyone The whole staff is nice and friendly and the prices are responsible.Thanks again 😀 😊 Iam never taking my car anywhere else thats for sure..

These guys are true predators on people who are in need, wanted to charge me 40 bucks to remove a stuck hub assembly from the knuckle. I have no extra money for this, and no assurance that they could remove it. The knuckle is not on the vehicle, I walked there with it in my hands. Totally predatory. Update, Johnny's next door had no problem helping me remove the hub from the knuckle, told me to leave it and they would do what they could, well I can now get my 78 year old mother's truck back on the road thanks to Johnny's next door. A big thank you to Johnny's muffler shop!!!!

Friendly staff and quick service, but I’ve had some serious issues. The day I picked my car up, I barely made it out of the parking lot before hearing a terrible noise. I turned around immediately, and once they lifted the car, we discovered the front axle was broken. This was shocking considering I had been driving back and forth to Lexington just the day before with no problems. After getting that fixed, I picked the car up again—only to notice a ring around my tire that wasn’t there before. I don’t know what happened, but clearly something did. Now, just one day after picking it up, the car is acting up again—dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I’m frustrated and disappointed.

These people are truly a blessing. I’m so glad that I have them when I have any car issue. They’re the nicest people I’ve came across. Truly amazing, trust worthy, and reliable. Jackson is the only place I’ll take my car in Corbin. I thank god for them!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the people at this establishment. I was driving from north west Montana to central North Carolina and one of my CV axles failed leaving me stranded in Corbin. First place I called was Jackson's auto, they answered the phone and instantly started helping me like I was one of their own, helped me organize a tow to the shop, when I got there they made sure to get my car in around the other vehicles they where working on. The part couldn't be sourced that day and I had to stay the night in town, they made sure I was ok and safe and had my car back in the shop first thing in the morning. With speed and precision they replaced my axle(perfect job might I add) and I was on my way feeling as if I had made new friends through this struggle. This is one of
