DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO JACKSONS IN CAMP HILL. ROB, THE OWNER IS THE WORST EXCUSE OF A "MECHANIC" YOU WILL EVER MEET. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND INSTALL OLD CRAPPY PARTS (WITH SHODDY LABOR) THAT BREAK WITHIN A YEAR, AND THEN ROB WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. HE WILL NEVER BOTHER TO CALL YOU WHEN YOUR CAR IS READY. HE SIMPLY JUST WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET YOU OUT OF THERE. HE INSTALLED A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION ON MY CAR ON 1/29/25. CHARGED ME $3156.48. THE TRANSMISSION DIED AND LEFT ME STRANDED ONLY 9 MONTHS LATER, ON 11/13/25. ROB'S RESPONSE TO THIS?

Great service, quick and reasonably priced. Needed new brake pads and rotors for my SUV and was in and out in one day. Drives like it’s new again, no more grinding! Thanks guys! Would highly recommend!

Very good no frills and no BS arrive center. They won't try to sell you something you don't need, or fix something that isn't broken, and will have you out the door fairly quickly.
