Jacksons Car Wash - Auto Detailing

I’m extremely impressed with today’s interior detailing and exterior service at Jackson’s car wash on Highland. Maria and Dee did a phenomenal job on my SUV. Left it looking brand-spanking new inside and out! They left my ivory vegan leather seats, mats, every surface looking like new again. The attention to detail is amazing. I love how friendly and professional they were and made it hassle free for me. From my arrival to departure. All my concerns were addressed immediately. They handled my items in rear with such care. I frequently get my car washed with membership and have not been disappointed once, even my friends referred love the service. I highly recommend this location add detailing team is best I have experienced especially on a weekday!

I recently utilized Jacksons Car Wash and, unfortunately, my experience raised concerns regarding both service quality and customer care. After my most recent wash, I documented noticeable scratches on my hood and above the driver-side door handle. This was disappointing, particularly as I have previously taken steps to maintain the vehicle’s finish. On an earlier visit, a personal water bottle valued at approximately $35 was damaged on their premises. Management, through a representative named Mike, addressed the matter by offering to provide a polish as a gesture of goodwill. When I later sought to reschedule that polish, another staff member responded in a manner I found unnecessarily confrontational. Horrible, nothing close to what the VIP full-service wash describes…see my pictures. What did they do other than charge me for a $32 exterior car wash. They are so focused on getting you to upgrade they forget everything else. If you’re looking for the Danny’s experience…you’ll be seriously disappointed. Stick to the Tuesday and Wednesday $5 car wash.

I drove one of my automobiles to Jacksons to get an estimate on a complete exterior and interior detail. I spoke with a woman named Marcella, who told me she would personally be the one that would be taking care of my car. I brought my car in, the following Sunday morning. Marcella proceeded to wash, clay bar, wax and polish my Mustang. She was true to her word because my car has never looked better. She is an artist that needs to be acknowledged for her craft. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Thank you Marcella!!

I had a great experience working with the team at Jacksons Car Wash. Ivan’s leadership and management style really stand out he runs a tight, organized operation while still supporting the team. Marcella also does amazing work and truly pays attention to detail, which shows in the final product every time. The quality and consistency here are why I’ve confidently referred family and friends not only for the car wash services, but also for their Auto Glass and Tint services. They take pride in what they do, and it shows. In my opinion, they’re one of the best car wash operations in the Valley!
