Jacksons Car Wash

I wanted to drop a quick review for two reasons. Firstly, to compliment Rico who was the employee working the wash. An excellent salesman, no-pressure, but even more so his customer service was just totally above and beyond the norm one typically encounters in the retail world. Good enough for me to stop my day and pull over to leave a review. You really just don’t find employees genuinely seem to care anymore let alone are skilled at their job or enthusiastic about it. This guy is a gem and I really hope Jackson’s is paying him what he deserves….Secondly, apparently they rebuilt the wash and man can I tell. I got the $10 wash, basically a basic wash and it got my car I think the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. On top of that I think I was in and out of the wash in like, 90 seconds. Quick and

Love coming here for a quick wash. Johnny and Dre are the best and so friendly! Left my car looking squeaky clean and they made sure it was dry as well. Very satisfied with my experience!

I was a loyal customer for over a year+. My window broke during the car wash. Cost me 650$ to replace. I was told that it was because my car was old and nothing they can do. They wouldn’t even refund me the price of the car wash 😂

Michael who works at the car wash at the Desert Ridge location is an outstanding person. He’s always friendly not pushy and makes you want to come back.

Didn't even touch wheels. But the nice young man that handed over my truck was very conscientious of the windows and such so I do appreciate that. The wheels were so bad, I would've had to run my truck through the wash again and start all over. When I checked in, I told the man NO ARMOUR ALL ON TIRES. Guess what, the rims were absolutely disgusting, not even touched but the tires themselves were all shiny and greasy. Something our dusty dirty roads love to cling to! I give up on this place.
