Jacksons Of Enid Chrysler, Jeep and Ram is the best automobile dealership to buy a vehicle! They are very low pressure and will not try to force you to buy something you don't really want. They DO NOT DO MARKET ADJUSTMENT ABOVE MSRP. The price you see on the vehicle is what you pay. When you go to Jacksons ask for Kent Rorick. Kent is the best salesman to work with! Tell him I sent you! Enjoy your buying experience!
Sent home in my truck even though the seatbelts and airbags might not work. The lack of caring about what I think of as a serious problem was very disappointing.
Had to get my oil pump replaced, they did a great job. Forgot the oil filler cap but called first thing the next day to catch me. Very nice and friendly staff, definitely would come back for more work when needed.
Took my van to the parts department to have them find out why my radio quick working. Somehow a wire that shouldn't have been in there was plugged in. They got it working and my back up camera working when it hadn't worked for the 3yrs I have owned the van. To top it off they didn't charge me a dime since it was a simple fix when they really could have charged me. Great service guys!!
Not a good for me! I was getting so excited ! And Ray Ray was right ! They were great ! Seriously they were ! I just am glad my son talked me out of buying the Jeep it was a standard ! Have a car with auto start and all sort of for $8000. WOW
