Shout out to driver McKenzie Talley who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, respectful, and courteous when our car broke down yesterday in Columbus. He did his best to get us running before ultimately towing us to a nearby repair shop. McKenzie is a great asset to Jackson’s Towing!

Brent was really great at helping us. We were stranded in the middle of highway on Christmas Eve in the mountains as our engine broke down. Brent came to save us and towed our car to the nearest mechanic (who was good people too) so Brent gave us a great recommendation, and then after towing the car he gave us a ride to our Airbnb, as we couldn’t get uber. He was also able to give an idea of what’s wrong with our car. Smart man. And he charged us a very affordable price for his service. He’s a man with a big heart. You want people like this helping you when you need help. 5 stars. Thanks!

They were recommended by another towing service. Friendly and helpful. Tried to get the part and fix it themselves but the part was unavailable. They towed my car all the way to Hendersonville for a very reasonable price. I appreciated that they did not talk down to me as a woman. Gentlemen thank you.

The boss man is super nice and makes great dad jokes! The service is great! When I couldn’t get my car to move at all he was able to and did it safely and got us all the way home safe! If you’re looking for a good tow serve I highly recommend 10/10!

Brent Jackson did such an amazing job towing, something no one else could pull off, he got a camper of mine out of a hard spot and delivered it to it’s new location perfectly!
