Jacksonville Starter & Alternator

I had no idea JACKSONVILLE starter/alt. was just down the road. These guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They also have the most affordable Tow Service around.

They said it would take a few days to fix my car but called just one day later and had it fix. Very nice ppl and wasn't that expensive. I will go there again.

Owner got me right in and looked at my vehicle today. I had no throttle response at high speed. I had a split positive battery cable clamp I had temporarily secured with a hose clamp fixed that was badly corroded. Within an hour they had me fixed up an only charged me $33. Once back on the road, the problem I had was related to electrical voltage and my vehicle is running fine. Thanks so much for getting me right in and treating me right!

Great customer service...professional attention. Just an all around good experience...I thought it was a starter issue however it turned out to be just a dead battery..they didn't charge me for something I didn't need...which is always appreciated...

I bought a vehicle from this company I was mislead about the condition of the truck. I was lied too plain and simple. Mr. James led me to believe all it needed was a fuel pump and a transmission leak fixed. A leaky transmission wasn't the problem it had a BAD transmission and I'm 100% sure Mr. James knew the from the start. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
