I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. The owners clearly do not care about their clients. I had ongoing issues with one of their insurance providers, and Katz Insurance did nothing to help resolve them. Instead, I was bounced back and forth between the agency and the carrier with no accountability from either side. After nearly ten years as a client, we never received proactive outreach, guidance, or support—only silence when issues arose. Unfortunately, the entire experience showed a lack of knowledge, ownership, and willingness to advocate on behalf of their customers. I regret not switching providers sooner. Dealing with insurance is already frustrating enough, and this agency only made it worse. I would not recommend doing business with Katz Insurance.

As an insurance agent for over 10 years, I was appalled by their unprofessionality. I would not suggest trusting your insurance interest with this brokerage.

Look elsewhere for specialty insurance, my experience trying file a claim has been less than favorable, and extremely frustrating due to no responses to emails or phone calls returned since filling a claim two months ago.

Amazing customer service always answer your questions and they very frequently.
