My furncae went out the first week in December. A company which I won't name came out told me what it was and it would cost $1900 to have it fixed. Of course I was not going to pay that amount! I used space heaters until Matt could come out on 12/15/25. They checked it, and the problem wasn't even what I was told!! The price to fix my furnace was only $145!! Thank you so much for being honest and not taking advantage of women and the elderly!! I recommend this company to everyone!! Wanda

Pretty solid service... Arrived pretty fast, diagnosed pretty fast, fixed pretty fast and was out in an hour... Reasonable prices, pretty knowledgeable people...

We have an odd AC system which needed to be replaced at some point. We had a little time to search. Jacobs Mechanical had been recommended through a friend. Of all the groups who gave us estimates, Jacobs was the most creative and helpful, finding the AC system we needed and proposing to install it at half the price of other competitors. Their team was professional, timely and polite. They knocked out the installation in one day, taking away the old unit and leaving a clean workspace behind. The manager followed up the next day to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. We were. Great team. Great value. Great experience.

I called this morning because my furnace was blowing cold air and water was leaking, on top of that, we’re going out of town tomorrow. I talked to the owner, Matt, and he had his team come out today! They were able to not only access the problem, but they fixed it as well! The customer service I received today was some of the best service I’ve had since being a homeowner.
