The worst experience I've ever had getting my car serviced. Rude people, showed no desire to help me, made me wait outside in the sun for my car to be serviced, even though they have a waiting room in the back that I only found out after my car was ready.
Brought in my truck for an intermittent "warrantied" software update. After stating their "guy" took it for a ride, they proceeded to charge me $189.99 for said software update. As well as giving me a 5 page "suggested issues" totalling over $6000 for future work they "recommend" I have done. I will not be bringing my vehicle there again for any reason..warranty or not. Great job Jaffarian Toyota, you made a believer out of me!
I had to end my lease and was undecided about the next step. Ronnie Rosario and Joseph Murphy made the experience of leasing another vehicle very easy. Joe was so professional and helpful in the nicest way!! I chose the Toyota Cross and love it. Shout out to Mo in the finance dept. also. No one I know loves doing the car thing but they really made it a very nice experience.
