I brought my Jaguar F-Pace in to get (1) a “Check Engine Light” and (2) a “Park Brake Fault” indicator checked out. Up front, I was told it would be $240 for diagnostic, each! So $480 just to be told what the problems are. I asked if there was any way they could help on the diagnostic charge (the charge does not go towards repairs) and I was told no. I decided I needed to shop around. I called Jaguar Lakewood and immediately the tone and customer service was different. He told me he would only charge me what his actual labor costs were to diagnose BOTH problems, but assured me it would be less than $240 (for both the engine and park brake). I have been bringing my cars here for the better part of 5 years now and Jaguar Flatirons has been great. Bryan Cohen is always taking care of me to the best of his ability. Highly recommend if you are in the area and need to service/sell/or buy a car.

I called for two days attempting to obtain answers to questions regarding scheduling an appointment (it wasn't a straight-forward, just book online type of situation). Nobody would answer the phone and I left a voicemail that was never returned. I finally called the sales department asking about the service department. Instead of taking my call, the sales department had to ask my questions of the service department and then relay the answers to me. I won't trust my business to a company that won't take the time to answer a few questions for a potential customer. Found a different business closer to my home that answered all of my questions and had my appointment scheduled in less than five minutes.
