You'll pay triple the price for a bunch of managers, not for the quality of service! The repair cost was twice the cost of the parts. But the main problem was that the day after their service, the car stalled in the middle of the road. So I was left with nothing, had to pay for their expensive tow truck, and spent several more days without a car.

This place is just awful. I'll drive to st pete jaguar. I don't usually write bad reviews but they earn it. Wanted to charge $300 to test a battery, then sell me a battery for 600. I skipped the price gouging test. Went to pay with a credit card, but they have a 3% fee. Bush league. If a 7 eleven charges a fee i won't go back. But a high end car dealer wow.

Took my vehicle here for routine maintenance and they informed me of all these repairs that were needed. I took it to another authorized dealership and found out none of that was accurate. What in the heck is going on with the service department lately? They almost cost me thousands for no reason!

I haven't owned a jaguar for over 3 years. I keep unsubscribing and have even replied to your emails and calls. Stop emailing and calling me.
