Jake Sweeney Auto Body Shop

I was rear ended back in August of 2025. I requested Jake Sweeney for my repair work and regret that I did. Once car was ready, I picked up car, drove car home. However when I got the car home, I noticed large gaps ( I could stick my finger in the gaps) from where the replacement parts were installed. I have taken the car back 3 times. The first time they said the were some hinges that needed to be replaced, second time they tried to adjust, the third time I was told there was nothing else they could do. Since I requested this shop, the insurance company says there is nothing they could do to help. I even called Mazda Corporate, nothing they can do. So I stuck driving a car that looks worse that when I purchased it. Not happy at all.

I received professional service from beginning to end of process with Jeff Hausselman at Jake Sweeney Body Shop. He was very thorough and compassionate as I'd only had my 2026 Equinox two weeks prior to it's OWWEEE. I was a Mess, but his professional demeanor and confidence in their Team making her brand new again never faltered. Though it didn't happen overnight, as 2026 parts had to be secured. Once they arrived, he scheduled me that following Monday and per the estimated time frame. My car was ready for pickup that Friday. It's Beautiful and look's like it came off the Showroom floor once again. Kudos to the entire Team for the meticulous work and care put into helping Baby feel better. LesVoix

I brought my 2020 X7M here not by choice but because BMW only authorizes BMW body shops to work on it because of a calibration machine only they have. I brought it in as I backed into a brick wall/sign and have rear driver side door and quarter panel damage. I received an estimate from Liberty Mutual and brought that estimate to Jake Sweeney. When I arrived, the receptionist at the front desk made it feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there. A gentleman came from the back and greeted me with a frown and proceeded to tell me that Liberty Mutual always gets estimates wrong and noticed they had missed adhesive and retainer clips on their estimate (which was $10k). Had to change my stars from 5 to 3. 2nd time coming to this shop because Brian did an amazing job getting everything done and right the 1st time and the work was great. Let me start by saying The body work is AMAZING! But after it being in the shop for 28 day's I i go get it and my turn signals aren't working so that stinks. Spend an hour or so waiting then to go home and to find out more things are wrong witch happens. So i thank Brian for the extra days for the rental. Go to get my car 4 day's later and tires don't read. So i had to drive over to Chevy to get them looked at. Tonight i go to turn my wipers on to clean my windows (they had to put a whole new pump in) There is no fluid! Come on now! How you even gonna test to see if it works.
