Dear Jake Sweeney Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with your service department concerning a 2018 Dodge R/T Scat Pack that I purchased from your dealership approximately eight months ago. After such a short period of ownership, I have noticed significant issues with the interior components of the vehicle that I believe should be addressed.
