Highly recommend! Would go here again for sure! I was on my way to Oklahoma from Jacksonville, NC with my four girls, when we had an alternator emergency. Jake's Auto came highly recommended to me from a guy at Auto Zone. He diagnosed any issues quickly. He was so nice and so good at explaining what was needed, what to expect, and ballpark figures. They got to work quickly so it was ready for the parts when they arrived in a timely manner. I even got my oil changed. They made me and my girls feel welcomed and comfortable while we waited. They got us back on the road ASAP. Thank y'all so much! We are forever grateful!

They got to work immediately and we're ready for the new parts when they got there, which was also timely. All went according to plan and I even got a much needed oil change. Everyone was so nice and obviously knowledgeable, to be able to explain it to someone who doesn't know much. We were made welcome and comfortable. A coworker recommended this shop to me after I got screwed over and quoted an absurd amount by a shop in Raleigh. James explained everything really well, and even gave me some tips on navigating shops in the future - although as long as I’m in the area I’ll be coming back here. They were so patient with my rusty old van, and completed all repairs at a GREAT price. They even noticed a part the other shop missed - it had gotten so rusty they had concerns about safety, and I am really grateful for them. If you’re looking for thorough mechanics who will treat you with compassion and integrity, this is the place to go!!

Super happy with the service here. My AC stopped working and they figured out the problem (bad compressor) without even charging me for the diagnosis. Everyone was really cool and easy to talk to, and they got everything fixed the same day. Definitely not the type of place that tries to upsell you or waste your time. Glad I found them — I’ll be coming back if I ever need anything else done.

My wife went in to drop off our SUV and instead of telling us all the parts we needed to replace he was honest and told us we didn’t actually need anything. He recommended putting some catalytic converter cleaner in our tank and that was the fix. We were expecting to pay out well over $500-$1000 but thanks to their honesty we paid $30 for a can of fuel treatment and the check engine light was gone the next day.
