I had a wonderful experience at Jake's today ! They were kind, helpful and did a great job on my car. Highly recommended !
Well this place really went down hill. They were texting my car was almost done for over two months. They lost the engine cover and didnt replace it. They sent it to another shop to replace the frame. They never did a front end alignment and it ruined our new tires. We are low on differential fluid because they didn't fill it correctly. I will not be going back. Very disappointed. Can not recommend.
So friendly and helpful. They got me right in, both in making the appointment and when I arrived. I would definitely go back.
The whole experience of getting my car repaired by Jake's auto off was phenomenal. Heather kept me posted along the way with the expectations every Tuesday and Thursday
Always a pleasure, work was very professional, perfect match on the paint color . Fast turnaround. Excellent craftsmanship.
