Tore up my reefer door while unloading. Called everybody i could think of, these guys were literally last chance. Jake got me in right away, fixed the problem himself in less than an hour. Highly recommend this family owned business to anyone having motor vehicle issues. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with both gas and diesel engines. The quality of their service was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was honest, professional, and kind from start to finish. My car was ready when promised with a fast turnaround. My truck's engine abruptly started to make a loud knocking noise and missing. I was in close proximity to Jakes Auto Repair and I pulled my truck into their parking lot. The team was greatly accommodating and had me pull my truck into their shop even though I did not have an appointment. Jake quickly diagnosed it as a blown spark plug and their team had me driving home in 15 minutes. I greatly appreciate their promptness, honesty and professionalism. The team at Jake's always gets it done. I can't say enough good about these people and the owner. Finding a good, honest mechanic is hard to do. If you're lucky enough to find one, stick with them. Jake and his crew definitely are my go to. I've had them work on several of my vehicles.
