Yesterday, took my 2007 Prius in for an oil change and the mechanic recommended that my front brakes should be replaced. I decided to postpone the brake repair. I drove the car home and put it in the garage. When I drove my car out of my garage today, the tire indicator lit up. When I got out of my car and checked the front passenger side. The tire was completely flat and hanging off the inside of the rim. I have used this Auto Repair service for about a year. I have never had a problem before but this time I was truly disappointed. I called and spoke with the owner who said that it didn’t happen at his shop, that I probably ran over a nail. I have a side drive and the shop is 10 minutes from the house. Took my '09 Civic to Jalisco Auto Repair for a brake job and oil change—ran me about $320. The guys were cool and got me in without much wait, which I appreciated. But I had to call a couple times to get updates; communication could've been tighter. Brakes feel solid now, but I noticed a small oil drip a few days later—might be unrelated, but still. Overall, decent work for the price, but I’d double-check everything before leaving the lot. Might swing by again if I’m in a pinch, but not my go-to.

I went to Jalisco Auto Repair to have a leak repaired. I called ahead of time to confirm the part would be ordered and worked on that day. Romeo (the owner) told me to come in. 40 mins into my 2-3hour wait I was told by Juan Rojas that the card machine isn’t working. I asked why I wasn’t told before now after calling multiple times ahead of time (no one was checked out while I was waiting). He was extremely dismissive and repeated it wasn’t his fault it’s not working and I should go take out cash. I was planning to use a credit card so I said that wasn't an option. I spoke to Romeo and he just shrugged. I asked how long I have to get the work done and what to do in the mean time to safely drive until I can come back. He told me to take out cash or take the risk if I want to until I got a m

They do amazing work but the workers need to be more careful about getting oil, dirt and grime in peoples car. Once the service work was completed on my car I had a big oil stain in my back seat and a sweater that I had left in the car was full of dirt and oil. It seems as though they had no care for my personal belongings.
