JAM Auto saved our vacation! Our fuel pump on our F150 went out on Friday afternoon. We called several places and JAM came to our rescue. They even arranged for the tow truck. They worked on Friday into the evening and also on Saturday even though they were officially closed and had a wedding to attend. The truck was completed before 5 pm on Saturday. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We had a breakdown ( catastrophic engine failure) here in this immediate area, and the folks here did a very nice job, repairing the vehicle and getting us back on the road. A very nice group of people to deal with, I would highly recommend.

Jeremy is great he pays attention to your needs and they do a great job on all of my vehicles and at a very fair price. They are honest mechanics that do a good job I highly recommend JAM auto if you looking for someone yo work on your vehicles

On four separate occasions, I have had Jam Auto Repair and the mechanics there solved and fixed problems that were ignored by the local auto dealer who will remain unnamed. The first incident was a leakage from the radiator area, that was ignored at the dealership. It eventually grew to be a larger leak and by adding coolant I was able to drive my 2014 Town and Country front-wheel drive van with 150,000 miles less than 10 miles to the Jam Auto Repair shop. They found the leak after some routine pressurization tests and replaced the heater by pass tubing connector. The second incident is when Jeremy advised me that my rear brake calibers pads were worn to the point that further wear would damage the rotors - an expensive repair. The dealer had merely noted that the rear rotors had some rust

Jeremy and his team were extremely helpful when our car broke down while visiting the Millersburg area. They performed the necessary repairs in a timely manner and were very pleasant to work with.
